JH cross country competes in two meets

On September 12, the JH D-NL Cross Country team participated in a meet at Edmundson Park in Oskaloosa. They had a good outing finishing fourth out of 10 teams. The following are individual results for the New London boys:

•Natan Bergman - 17th @ 10:49

•Jaece Deterding - 18th @ 10:54

•Paislee Owens - 31st @ 11:36

•Bentley Wright - 39th @ 11:54

•Zayden Lawrence - 47th @ 12:13

•Jayden Wagner - 101st @ 17:12

The girls didn’t place, but had the following individual results:

•Irelynn Kelly - 34th @ 12:37

•Bella Parker - 94th @ 16:10

Their second meet was September 14 at Rodeo Park in Ft. Madison. The boys team took 1st place out of 10 teams. The individual NL results include:

•Natan Bergman - 13th @ 15:07

•Jaece Deterding - 22nd @ 15:30

•Paislee Owens - 31st @ 15:58

•Bentley Wright - 54th @ 17:03

•Zayden Lawrence - 64th @ 17:41

•Jayden Wagner - 91st @ 25:07
