Joseph Robert Hedgecock
Mar. 23, 2023 8:59 am
Joe was born on January 14, 2005 to Heidi and Jack Hedgecock. He joined big brother Alex, 20. His grandparents, Judy, Bob, and Paula Buckman and Phyllis Hedgecock, welcomed Joe to the family.
He is an original member of the Class of 2023 since kindergarten. He has participated in theatre and speech, and Joe is looking forward to prom and graduation. When he is not busy at school, his interests include cars, music, and art.
Joe was honored to go to state speech his freshman year. His most special memory is getting his dream car at 17.
Almost pulling Mrs. Meyer down the hill at the 6th grade campout ranks as Joe’s most embarrassing moment.
When asked if he would like to recognize some special people in his life, he replied, “I want to thank my family for being there for me through all the ups and downs. I want to thank Chris Shadle for helping me through everything that comes my way and always being there for not only me but also the whole class.”
Joe says about his class, “To the majority of us, it does not matter who you are or where you came from. We will welcome you with open arms.” He is looking forward to prom and graduation with his classmates.
His advice to the underclassmen is to try and get all your credits out of the way early…it makes your senior year a breeze.
Joe’ future plans include attending SCC for business as he plans to become a car salesman.
Tiger Nation wishes Joe the best as he leaves NLHS and begins his next life’s adventure.
