Liberty Rose Henderson

Born on Jan. 21, 2005, Liberty Rose joined a large family. Her parents are Casey Henderson, Michele Henderson, and Melinda Henderson. Her siblings are John Christe, Tasha Johnson, Skylar Crossett, Dalton Shadle, Mercedes Burkhart, Jared Shadle, Michael Henderson, and Presley Lott.

Liberty’s grandparents include Elizabeth Henderson, Michael Henderson (deceased), Janice and Roger Kilpatrick (both deceased), Judy Wiegard, and David Johnson.

She has been a member of the Class of 2023 since kindergarten. This honor roll student is a member of the National Honor Society. She has been very busy, participating in volleyball (4 yrs.), choir (4 yrs.), theatre (5 yrs.), large group speech (4 yrs.), track (4 yrs.), and the musicals (5 yrs.). Her honors are participating in honor choir (4 yrs.) and state large group speech (2 yrs.). Liberty likes horse showing when she has free time.

Liberty’s special memory was going to state large group speech her junior year for Musical Theatre SIX.

She feels that most of her class graduating is what is special. Her advice to the underclassmen is “don’t just get wrapped up in sports … the performing arts is an amazing way to express yourself.”

Liberty’s special people are Adaline McLain and Kaitlyn Lee. They are special to Liberty because they have stood by her throughout her school years.

Looking forward to graduation, Liberty’s future plans include attending Mount Mercy to study nursing. She also plans to participate in their choir.
