Eight candidates were vying for three seats on the New London School Board. Dave Marshall was returned to his seat, and the two new directors are Sumner Shores and Roy Thomas.

Larry Mullins, the colorful and successful coach at St. Ambrose, will be the speaker at the Tiger Athletic Banquet.
Women’s Club elects officers: Pres.-Cleo Robertson; VP- Mrs. J.W. Pritchard; Sec.-Mrs. John Timmons; and Treas.-Mrs. Rollie Gill.

NLHS Honor Choir this year: Gabriel Eland, Dallas Menke, Mahala Jewett, Samantha Anderson, Lyndsey Nicole White, and Ashlynn Renee Brown.
On the morning of March 11th, a fully-loaded cement truck overturned on Pine Street. The fire department assisted with the cleanup.
