Mandola, better known as Mavy, was born to Amanda Trejo on June 22, 2005. He would welcome siblings Jazzmine, Jovanny, Julian, and Julius. His grandmother is Jeanie Martin.
Mavy has been a member of the Class of 2023 since first grade. He has been busy, participating in cross country, wrestling, track, and the musicals and plays. When not at school, he enjoys being outside, hanging with his friends, watching TV, and playing sports.
Bosco sticks and wrestling make his most special memory. He tells the story, “ When I was at sectionals, I was eating Bosco sticks in the lunchroom. My name was called to wrestle and Coach Chiri had to come find me. I ran out on the mat with a bunch of Bosco sticks jammed in my mouth…but I still won!” Mavy’s most embarrassing moment was failing choir.
When asked what makes the Class of 2023 stand out, he feels they are a very athletic class. His advice to the underclassmen is “enjoy every moment because time goes by fast.”
His special person is Alyas Krieger. He has been a good friend all throughout high school.
Mavy is looking forward to graduation. His future plans include attending Indian Hills and wrestling.
Tiger Nation wishes Mavy the best as he embarks on his next life’s adventure.
