This fine gentleman is Richard "Dick" Dircks. This picture appeared in the Journal in 1973 . In 1965, after many years with Iowa Telephone Company,. he become president. He was headquartered in Knoxville after living in New London for several years. He was identified by Karen Brown, Jan Crow, and Joan Vaughan. In a fun twist, I heard from his son, Dave Dircks. He related, "The information (mystery photo) was sent to me from Greg Lenz. We moved to Knoxville from New London in 1969." We remember your family well...good to hear from you Dave!
