Volleyball
The Tigers took on Central Lee on 9/26. The match went the distance with the Tigers winning, three games to two. The scores were NL - 25-23-25-19-15 and Central Lee - 20-25-20-25-10. Individual stats:
· Morgan Jones - 18 assists/ 5 kills/22 digs/ 3 aces on 14/14 serving
· Marilanna Woodsmall - 14 assists/2 kills/10 digs
· Tysann Gipple - 16 kills/ 17 digs/2 blocks/1 ace on 12/12 serving
· Sophie Malott - 11 kills/28 digs/7 aces on 28/30 serving
· Kayla Strawhacker - 6 digs
· Lillie Gallup - 10 digs/3 aces
· Hailee Dudley - 9 digs/
West Burlington came to town on 9/28. The Falcons are 29-4 and the Tigers struggled, losing in three, 11-25, 9-25, and 6-25. Individual stats:

· Morgan Jones - 2 kills/5 assists/14 digs/ 2 of 2 serving

Football
It was a tough night for the Tigers as the WACO Warriors scored 67 points to the Tigers’ eight. The Warriors scored 35 in the first quarter, 14 points in the second, six in the third, and 12 in the fourth. The Tigers’ only points came in the fourth quarter when they scored a TD and a two-point conversion.
QB Gavin Menke-Bailey threw for 89 yards and a TD. He carried the ball 18 times for negative yards. He had an interception and led the defense with 11.5 tackles.
Cale Westerbeck carried the ball four times for 26 yards. He caught two passes for 45 yards. Michael Raines carried the ball four times for six yards. He caught two passes for 16 yards and had an interception. He also had 3.5 tackles.
Logan Franklin had two carries for 25 yards and the Tigers’ only score. He also had a two-point conversion. Riley Raines carried the ball once for three yards. He had 2.5 tackles.
Corbin Jacobs-Jewell had 4.5 tackles, Paxton Lindsey added 3, and Nic Loyd and Griffin Swanson each had one.
