Reeves Jacobs
May. 11, 2023 2:45 pm
Reeves was born three days before Thanksgiving on Nov. 22, 2004 to parents Talisa and Kevin Jacobs. She joined siblings Fantasia, Tony, Chrissy, and Avery Jacobs. Taite Jacobs would join Reeves about four years later. Reene Butterbaugh is her proud grandma.
Reeves is a life member of the Class of 2023. While in high school, she has been on student council and participated in track. When not involved with school, she loves being around her friends and just going out.
Her most special memory is the 8th grade trip. She says of that trip, “It brought our class closer and we had a lot of fun.” Her most embarrassing … falling over the second to last hurdle at the first meet of her sophomore year in front of everyone. Ouch!
Reeves singled out her parents and her friends as her special people. About them she says, “They have always been there for me and are very important people in my life.”
She feels her class is special because they know how to joke around with each other and are super close. Her advice to the underclassmen is wise. She says, “Don’t get caught up in the drama. It’s just high school and it’s a small town … something else will spark new drama.”
As high school is nearing its closure for Reeves, she says, “ I’m looking forward to my senior year of track. It will be sad to leave my team, but we have had some great times. I am also looking forward to graduation so I can get on with my future.”
Reeves’ future plans include college and pursuing a career in nursing.
Tiger Nation wishes Reeves every success as she starts on the next chapter of her life story.
