Senior Spotlight: Kyler Michael Dettmers

Kyler Dettmers entered this world on September 17, 2006. His family includes his mom, Betty Thornburg, his dad, Bradley Dettmers Jr., and his stepdad Braden Thornburg. He was the oldest of the siblings that include Kasyen Thornburg, Katie Thornburg, and Tyson Dettmers. His grandparent is Becky Eid-Dettmers.

Kyler has been a member of the Class of 2025 since kindergarten. He has participated in band and the plays.

His cites his proudest achievement as advancing every year with his class. His most embarrassing moment was falling down the stairs.

Kyler sees his class as pretty ordinary, but advises the underclassmen “to do their work.”

He picks his mom as the person he most wants to recognize because she never gave up on him.

Kyler is most looking forward to graduation. He plans to get a job as he enters the workforce.
