Memphis made his entrance into this world on April 4, 2007. His parents, Martha and Ryan Watson brought him home to meet big brother Vegas. His grandparents, Bob and Kathy Swindell and Curt and Cindy Watson, were also overjoyed by this new grandson.
He has been a member of the New London Class of 2025 since the 6th grade, and has participated in baseball-4 years and basketball-3 years. His free time activities include disc golf and Brawler Stars.
When asked about honors, he jokingly said he was pretty decent at baseball and holds the title of the Best Brawler in the school. When serious, Memphis was on the baseball team that was Class 1A state champions and was a state qualifier for both baseball and basketball. They are also his most special high school memories.
His most embarrassing moment was when “he air balled a three at state.”
Memphis says of his class that they like to have fun. His advice to the underclassmen is to do the bare minimum.
He picked his Grandma Kathy as his special person because she taught him how to work around the farm.
Memphis is most looking forward to graduation. His plans for next year are to get a job.
Tiger Nation has enjoyed watching him play baseball and basketball. Everyone wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
