On a late summer day, Sept. 9, 2006 to be exact, Patti and Robert Miller welcomed their daughter, Mylee. Her grandparents are Winifred and Harold Prottsman and Annette and Darrell Miller. She was later joined by sister Halee.
Mylee has been a member of the Class of 2025 since day one. In high school, she has participated in basketball and been a member of NHS. She has also been part of the backstage crew for the plays and musicals.
When Mylee is not at school or a school event, she enjoys reading, hanging out with her friends, listening to music, or going to the movies.
This honor roll student’s most special memories are going on the performing arts trip with friends and going to Portugal with Emma Kenel. Her most embarrassing moments are anytime she and Emma Kenel start laughing in a quiet room.
Her special people are her mom Patti and her “bestest” friend, Emma Kenel. She said, “I chose them because they are always there for me and are two of the most important people in my life. They both have had a big impact on me and have helped me become who I am today. They always know how to cheer me up when I am feeling down.”
Mylee feels her class is special because most of them have grown up together since they were five. Her advice to the underclassmen is to be yourself and don’t worry about what others are thinking.
Looking forward to graduation, Mylee’s future plans are to go to SCC to get her AA degree and then transfer to the University of Iowa.
Tiger Nation wishes Mylee the best in all her endeavors and good luck in all of her future adventures!
