Students find themselves between seasons

The time between the last of the fall sports and the start of the winter sports seems interminable. Practice for girls basketball starts Nov. 11. Practice for boys basketball and wrestling starts Nov. 18. The JH girls basketball team is already playing and JH wrestling starts soon.

Some changes are big and some are small. The HS girls program will have changes at the top. The new head coach is Austin Burns, and his assistant will be Morgan Davis.

The boys basketball team will be sporting new uniforms. They will look great in their new threads.

The wrestling team will start their second season under head coach Damon Loyd.

There’s a lot to look forward to… hope the numbers are up in all three!

In the mean time, make sure you get to the auditorium on either Nov. 8 or 9 to catch the fall play “Deadline.” The performing arts students will present the play three times. Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 2 p.m.
