The newest Tiger

Surrounded by foliage crouched close to the library, a person will find the newest Tiger at New London High School. But don’t be afraid, this Tiger doesn’t bite.
An art exploration class project, Kennedy Herrick took on the task of designing and painting a mural. Overseen by Mr. White, Kennedy started sketching a couple of months ago, along with assistance from Annie Sines. The sketching took a full eight hour day and then the painting began. Several students worked on the painting. The process was slow because they could only work on it during their art class period. But the results are amazing!
Students who painted the mural included Averie Senn, Emma Henry, Kennedy Herrick, Holland White, Annie Sines, and Ines Veschembes.
As they should be, these talented ladies are very proud of their creation. They worried about how it would turn out, but they decided “to trust the process.” Anyone who sees the mural is certainly glad they did!
