Tiger Football Ends on a High Note

On a perfect fall night complete with a full harvest moon, the Tigers made it a memorable Senior Night and last game of the season. The English Valleys Bears came to town and left with a 56 to 22 loss.
Gavin Menke-Bailey was 5/7 passing for 114 yards and two touchdowns to the Franklin brothers. London Franklin had 117 yards rushing for two TDs. Menke-Bailey rushed for 65 yards and two TDs. Brigham Porter also had a TD.
Cale Westerbeck scored on a fumble and Nic Loyd recovered a fumble. Porter had an interception.
On defense, London Franklin had eight solo tackles! Corbin Jacobs-Jewell added three solo, and Westerbeck, Menke-Bailey, and Cole Swanson each added two solo.
It was a great way to finish a tough season.
The seniors that were recognized included:
Football: Gavin Menke-Bailey, Corbin Jacobs-Jewell, Colin Pealer, and Jason Kruse.
Marching Band: Kyle Dettmers, Colin Pealer, and Carleen Zaragoza.
Esports: Brody Bailey, Cole Mills, Tate Welcher, and Carleen Zaragoza.
Football Cheerleaders: Taylor Fuller, Savannah Oge, and Hailey Volner.
