Tiger Sports Round Up

Volleyball

The Tigers traveled to Eldon to take on the Cardinal Comets. The ladies played three games. The scores were 25-20, 25-20, and 25-14 with Cardinal winning all three. No stats were available.

On Thursday, Oct. 2, the Tigers hosted (14-12) Mediapolis. The Tigers lost all three games with scoring of 25-14. 25-10, and 25-10. No stats were available.

On Saturday, Oct. 4, the Tigers hosted their tournament. The only score for New London was against Notre Dame. They played two sets with Notre Dame winning both, 21-10 and 21-14. There were no stats posted.

Cross-Country

The team traveled to Indian Lake Park with Van Buren hosting.

HS Boys:

· Irelynn Kelly - 29:25 - 13th place.

· Cadie Mortimer - 41:50 - 16th place.

JH Boys:

· Bentley McFarland - 15:59 - 4th place.

JH Girls:

· Lillian Francy - 19:26 - 7th place.

· Emma Totemeier - 20:17 - 8th place.
