Tiger Sports Round Up

Volleyball

The Tigers were in a “do or die” situation on Monday, Oct. 20. They had to win their first postseason match or the season would be over. The Tigers’ foe was Wapello on this night.

The scores were 25-10, 25-18, and 25-12, all in Wapello’s favor. Unfortunately the Tigers were finished for 2025. They finished the season with a 1-20 record. There were no individual stats available.

Cross-Country

The Tigers traveled to Ottumwa on Oct. 23 to run in the state qualifying run at Wildwood Park. This was for high school.

HS Boys

· Zayden Lawrence - 19:56 - 30th place

· Natan Bergman - 20:06 - 34th place

· Zane Long - 20:48 - 49th place

· Elijah Ingwersen - 22:40 - 75th place

· Jayden Wagner - 29:10 - 93rd place

HS Girls

· Irelynn Kelly - 27:17 - 55th place

The boys team finished 10th out of 13th as a team. Great finish to the season!
