Traditional Grade 4 and 5 Track meet held

Fourth and Fifth grade hold a mini track meet during the last week of school. Originally scheduled for Friday, May 24, inclement weather caused it to be held May 28. The Field Day includes running events: 100, 200 and 400 meter dashes; the 4x100 relay. Field events are the long jump and softball/baseball toss.

All events are for fun and no records are kept. Students may try as many skills as they wish. Rules of each event are explained as they occur. Some rules are changed to ensure safety.
