Dan Henderson releasing new book soon

On Aug. 6, Washington For Justice Director Dan Henderson’s new book will be released.

The book, titled "The Spiritual Journey to Antiracism: A Travel Guide for White People," is being released by Quoir Press and will be available on Amazon and in local bookstores. Henderson's book is, in his words, “a call to an honest, internal appraisal of the white supremacist script that inhabits all white people in America due to socialization.”

Locally, in Washington, a book release party is planned for Aug. 10 at Cafe Dodici at 7 p.m. There will be refreshments, a book talk by the author, and a book signing. The author's royalties will go to Iowa Black-owned businesses and nonprofit organizations. Read more about the book at danhendersonauthor.com.
