Escher named Federation Bank VP and Cashier

Federation Bank is excited to announce the promotion of Janelle Escher to Vice President and Cashier.

Janelle has been with the bank for 21 years. She has her Master of Science in Accounting degree and is also an Accredited ACH Professional.

During her time at the bank she has completed the Iowa School of Banking. She serves as an Ambassador for the Washington Chamber of Commerce.

Janelle is a graduate of WACO High School, Hesston College in Kansas, and Iowa State University. She is married to Donnie Escher and they live on Donnie’s family farm north of Washington with their dog named Missie.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and taking motorcycle rides with her husband. Stop in the bank and congratulate Janelle.
