Kirkwood WCRC provides students with snacks
On Tuesday, Dec. 6, Kirkwood’s Washington Regional Center provided warm, salty pretzel bites and cheese dip for the students to enjoy as they gear up for the following days of cramming for exams.
The last two weeks of a college term are stressful for students as they finish up projects and study for finals. "Finals" serve as the last assessment for a class -- some courses require a cumulative test covering material from the entire term, other instructors test over topics learned since midterms. Our students earning college credit in high school work hard to to be successful - and what de-stresses teenagers more than anything? Food!
