Join the Washington Area Performing Arts and Events Center on Sunday, Oct. 12, as this year’s performing arts series welcomes M5 Mexican Brass, celebrating their 20th anniversary as one of the world’s premier brass quintets!
M5 combines virtuosic musicianship, nonstop audience interaction, and dynamic showmanship to deliver a unique, theatrical musical experience. With a global touring history that spans Europe, Asia, North Africa, North and South America, and of course their home country of Mexico, M5 brings an electric energy to every performance.
Their program features a vibrant mix of classical, opera, jazz, and pop — an exciting blend for music lovers of all ages. The Sunday program will begin at 3:30 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.washingtonauditorium.org or at the door. Adult tickets are $20, college students $10, students grade 12 and under are free. WAPAEC’s $60 Season Ticket also admits you free of charge to concerts in Centerville, Fairfield, Keokuk, and Ottumwa. The season ticket can also be purchased online or at the door.
