Party with PAWS & More at Kalona Brewing Company

On Saturday, May 13, Kalona Brewing Company is hosting a dog-friendly patio party fundraiser for PAWS & More Animal Shelter in Washington.

This carnival-themed event will feature ticketed games, auction items, prizes, and Pies in the Face for PAWS & More’s Executive Director Amber Talbot, Kalona Brewing Company’s head brewer, Warren “W” Yoder, and for VIP guests, all to benefit the animals.

A Pie Eating Contest will be held for the dogs. Other carnival activities will include a prize wheel, a can toss, and the first chance to buy PAWS & More’s brand-new beer collaboration with Kalona Brewing, called Dog Daze Hazy Pale Ale. A portion of its proceeds will be donated to PAWS and the limited-run brew will be available throughout the summer. The carnival event will take place from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Kalona Brewing Company is located at 405 B Ave. in Kalona.
