Red-tailed hawk spotted in Washington County
Washington resident Lyle Moen captured this Leucistic red-tailed hawk on April 8 in Washington County. Moen said he enjoys photographing birds, and it was an unusual opportunity to capture this raptor while it was resting on a line.
