WASHINGTON — Washington County Hospital and Clinics is pleased to announce that Dr. Monika D. Singhal, MD, has joined its team as a psychiatrist, bringing more than two decades of experience in adolescent and adult psychiatry.
Dr. Singhal earned her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and completed her psychiatry residency at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson and St. Louis University. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for providing exceptional patient care, with expertise spanning outpatient and inpatient settings.
