Celebrate Noon Year’s Eve at Langwood Education Center!

WAPELLO — Ring in 2024, nature style, at the Louisa County Conservation’s Noon Year’s Eve celebration at Langwood Education Center on Tuesday, Jan. 2 from 10 a.m. — 12:30 p.m. Outdoor adventures, nature activities, and crafts will be available before we gather together for a countdown to a Noon birdseed toss to ring in the New Year!

The celebration will finish with hot chocolate and a snack around a campfire. This Noon Year’s Eve celebration will be fun for the entire family and is designed for a come-and-go audience. Feel free to stay the entire time or come just in time for the countdown!

Langwood will remain open through 2:30 p.m. for winter trail exploration, bird watching, timber stomping, and maybe even some sledding!

This event is provided free of charge though a free will donation would be gladly accepted. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Preregistration is requested but not required.
