CIVCO Medical Solutions Announces Future Facility Location

CORALVILLE — CIVCO Medical Solutions, a leading manufacturer of ultrasound infection control, high-level disinfection, and needle guidance devices, will move into a new corporate and production facility at 750 Lois Lane in Coralville, on Altmaier Acres. The new facility is expected to be completed in early 2025.

The new 96,000-square-foot facility will consist of 63,000 square feet of production and warehouse space and 33,000 square feet of office space, a fitness gym, training center, lab, and product demo rooms for CIVCO’s 180 Iowa-based employees.

The consolidated facility will allow for CIVCO’s continued growth in operational and corporate hiring as the company develops and commercializes new medical device products advancing the safety of ultrasound image guidance.

CIVCO’s current corporate headquarters on Jones Boulevard in Coralville is owned and managed by Southgate Companies. Its existing Iowa-based manufacturing facility in Kalona is listed for sale.

No workforce reductions will result from the facility relocation.
