If you are crafty, or if you are not, the Winfield library is the place to be on Thursday, August 7 at 2 p.m. Even the most un-crafty person will be able to complete a craft and go home feeling like a pro.
Linda Johnson will be there to guide you through the process of making a colorful mushroom to brighten your home or garden. There is no cost and supplies will be furnished. So, bring yourself and invite your friends to accompany you. It is not only a craft class, but also a social event where you can visit with old friends and make new friends. Mark your calendar and come for the fun.
While you are there, check out what else the library has to offer. A large variety of books for your selection, audio books, movies, computers and digital archives that allow you to search through Beacons from the town’s beginning. All this and more are available for you at Winfield’s Public Library. Stop in and check it out!
