Ice cream social in Swedesburg

Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church invites everyone to a meal and ice cream social, Tuesday Aug. 8 at the Swedesburg Parish Hall, 201 Academy Ave., Swedesburg.
Serving begins at 5 p.m. The menu includes homemade ice cream, hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and baked beans.
The cost is a freewill donation.
The event is sponsored by the Churchmen of Swedesburg Evangelical Lutheran Church.
