Iowa J, Wayland, T.T.T. meets

Members of Iowa J, Wayland, of the National T.T.T. Society met Tuesday evening, April 25, 2023 at 7 p.m. in the Wayland Community Center.

President Georgia Fort called the meeting to order. Treasurer Lori Messer gave her report. Gift cards will be purchased for former Iowa J camp girls graduating high school this spring.

Iowa J will be working a Tip Night at the Mt. Pleasant Pizza Ranch on May 22nd. Georgia has also checked with the Washington Pizza Ranch for a possible date in June or July. It takes constant fundraising efforts to maintain funds for sending girls to Camp Wyoming. Not only is everything a camper needs furnished by sending chapters, but chapters are also expected to pay the National Project Fund for the expense of the camp experience. Chapters are also

Vice president read a letter from National T.T.T. President Joyce Rudowski pertaining to the future of T.T.T. and growing membership.

Communication with Camp Chair Joni Huisenga led to plans to have this season’s camper and family join the chapter at the next meeting on May 23, 2023 for a light supper and a meet and greet time. Regular business meeting will follow the time with our camper.
