Mystery photo results

Last week's mystery photo was of former Winfield Resident Harry Stinson. He was the sculptor of the Chief Blackhawk monument in Sac County, the sculptor of the Veterans Memorial on the University of Iowa Campus, and the sculptor of the Lewis & Clark Memorial in Council Bluffs. Stinson was born in 1898, and raised in Winfield. His father was a newspaper columnist in Winfield, and part owner of the Winfield Beacon.
