Nursery rhymes and fairy tales come to WMU

WINFIELD — Winfield-Mt. Union students will perform a brand-new play featuring familiar characters from nursery rhymes and fairy tales along with music this weekend.
While the characters may be familiar, WMU teacher Lindsey Pogmore says, “the story is something new!”
“There will be all kinds of twists and turns, and hopefully some laughs and an entertaining night,” Pogmore said.
The play will run March 1-2 with Friday’s performance beginning at 7 p.m. and Saturday’s at 6 p.m. Admission is $5 at the door for those kindergarten and older.
