Winfield Lions Club to host Thanksgiving dinner

WINFIELD — For 16 years, the Winfield Lions Club has provided a Thanksgiving Day dinner for the community.
That tradition will continue at the Winfield Presbyterian Church from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The turkey dinner is a free will offering event.
This year’s menu includes turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, gelatin salad and dessert. Milk, coffee and water also will be provided.
If interested in, please contact Corriene Culver at 319-330-6108 for reservations. Reservations will be needed by Nov. 16 or at the latest, Nov. 20.
