WMU PTO gearing up for Santa’s Workshop
Nov. 2, 2023 4:09 pm
Once again, the WMU PTO is making plans for their annual Santa’s Workshop event. This year it will be held on Friday December 15 at the Winfield Presbyterian Church. The purpose of the Workshop is to allow WMU students to chose gifts for their family members. This year all gifts will be priced at $5. There will be a large selection of new and gently used items for the shoppers to choose from.
Because of the popularity of the shopping experience the inventory of gifts has been depleted and PTO members are looking to restock their inventory. To do this they need your help. They will except new and/or gently used items from tools for dad to toys for siblings. However, clothing of any kind, including scarves and hats will not be accepted.
Items for men and teens are among the most needed items. Golf balls, tools, camping or fishing items, brain games, puzzles, and WMU items are examples of items for men and teens. All stuffed animals must be new or like new.
Items can be dropped off at Hagge Ins. Or Pilot Grove in Winfield. Messages can be left on the UMU PTO Facebook page. Your help is needed and appreciated.
