Pastor Donald a. Johanson, of Wayland, died Nov. 29 in Iowa City following a short illness.

Dudley Dean Graber is seeking damages from Callistus J. Kern, dba Wagon Wheel Tap, after being involved in a traffic crash with one Ronald D. Feil, who had been a patron of the Tap, becoming intoxicated prior to the accident.
