Boyd E. Garrett, 62, was fatally injured in an accident when the pickup and fifth-wheel trailer loaded with hogs that he was driving left the roadway after a strong gust of wind on the icy roadway hit it. Evelyn J. Garrett, 62, a passenger, was transported by Air Care to Iowa City.
