Future plans and goals: I want to go to college and graduate with a mechanical engineering degree. I would like to work at Collins Aerospace or Tesla in the future.
How will your high school experiences help you in the coming years? They have taught me to persevere through tough times and always look on the bright side of things. My high school has also taught me discipline which will also help me in the future.
Fondest memory of high school: Scoring 4 goals in soccer against Tipton when it was raining.
Which teachers have had the biggest impact on you and why? Bryan Neuschwander and Andrea Farrier. These teachers have taught me so much in the classroom academically, but more importantly real-life skills that I will actually use in life. Learning how to communicate with those around me, whether I agree or disagree with them has been a huge part of my high school career, and these teachers have helped me do that.
Who is your role model and how did they influence you? My role model is my Dad. My dad has been my biggest example of how to live and how to treat those around me. He, along with my mom, has supported me in everything I do.
What is special about your high school? We are a Christian High School. That means that teachers can have deep faith conversations with students and use the Bible to guide the students to lead a Christian lifestyle.
If you go back to when you were a freshman, what advice would you give yourself? Do your best in everything you do, and don’t be afraid to take a risk.
