STEWART ELEMENTARY
KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT
Children will be eligible for kindergarten if they will be five years of age by September 15, 2023. State law and school board policy requires that the school must have the following information on all kindergarten students: current physical examination, proof of immunization, dental screening, vision screening, birth certificate and documentation of lead screening. These must be turned in before students start school on August 23, 2023.

PRESCHOOL START DATE
Preschool will start later than our K-12 students due to state requirements for four-year-old home visits. Three-year-old students will have individual meeting times in the classroom and four-year-old students will have scheduled home visits the first week of the k-12 calendar. The start date for three and four-year-old preschool will be Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
Our preschool is in session on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Preschool is not in session on Fridays.
PICTURES
Stewart Elementary will be taking fall pictures on Monday, September 11, 2023. Spring pictures will be taken on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

LINCOLN ELEMENTARY
Popsicles with the Principal
Meet the new Principal on Monday, August 14 from 4:30-6:00. Students and their families are invited to come to the playground at Lincoln to enjoy a popsicle, play with friends and meet Principal Olivia Foglesong.
Meet the Teachers
Lincoln Elementary will host “Meet the Teachers,” on Monday, August 21, from 4:30-6:00. Students are welcome to come to Lincoln with their school supplies and meet their teachers and leave their supplies for the first day of classes. We welcome all students and parents to this important event.
Third Grade Parent Orientation
There will be a third-grade parent orientation the same evening during Meet the Teachers, on Monday, August 21, from 4:30-5:00 for all incoming third grade parents to attend. There will be time given for parents to ask questions or voice concerns they may have as their sons and daughters enter Lincoln.
Fall Pictures
Lincoln Elementary will be taking Fall pictures on Wednesday, September 6, for the 2023-24 school year. Please look for your student’s picture envelope to come home before this date. If you plan on purchasing a picture package, that envelope must come back to school with them along with payment for their pictures. Online payment is also available. Please put this important date on the calendar as ALL students will get their picture taken to use for lunch cards, administrative purposes and classroom pictures.
