10 from Mid-Prairie named
The Golden Hawks saw 10 players named when the Class 2A District 7 All-District football team was released.
Mid-Prairie had five players named to the first team, three garnered second team acclaim and two were honorable mention.
On offense, Kayden Reinier was one of two running backs picked for the first team. Gannon Callahan was one of five offensive lineman selected. Quarterback Vinnie Bowlin was one of two utility picks.
On defense, Justice Jones was one of four linebackers named. Josh Wallington was picked as one of four defensive linemen.
Cael Garvey, Ben Meader and Clarke Latcham made the second team.
Honorable mention picks were Nathan Quimby and Michael Kelly.
