7th and 8th grade volleyball teams begin seasons
Fairfield?s 7th and 8th grade volleyball teams played Washington last night.
The 8th grade team began its season at home. The A, C and D teams won. The B team lost in straight sets.
Ashtyn Drish recorded 11 aces and Shania Storto had eight. Taylor Myers helped the team with two kills.
Allison Krumboltz added in one kill of her own. Claire Christensen and Amiah Neff both tallied eight passes.

The A team?s score was 16-21, 21-15, 9-15.
Both of these teams play again Thursday against Ottumwa-Evans.
