All-District list for Demons, Panthers released

The Class 3A All-District 4 team was released this week, after Mount Vernon’s elimination from the state semifinals over the weekend. Washington and Mt. Pleasant were well represented.

The Demons took third place in the district, going 3-2 in league play. Washington had five players on the first team and eight on the second. The Panthers, which finished fourth place after a 3-2 record, had three players on the first team list and two on the second.

Mount Vernon, which went undefeated in district play, swept the Player of the Year awards.
