IGCA selections choose Simpson, Engle, Dallmeyer, Huff, Anderson, Burton, Stransky

The Iowa Girls Coaches Association has released its all-district teams for the 2021 high school softball season.
In Class 4A Southeast District, the Southeast Conference had nearly half of the selections and state qualifier Oskaloosa had three.
Coty Engle and Hannah Simpson of Fairfield were selected as was Washington’s Kellie Dallmeyer. A Fort Madison freshman joined two players and the coach from Burlington.
Van Buren County’s Chelsey Huff was picked for the Southeast.
In Class 1A Southeast, Highland had two players chosen with sophomore Abbi Stransky and freshman Sarah Burton. Winfield-Mount Union senior Madie Anderson was selected.
