Area districts’ standings

District play will be in its second week for 11-man teams, but not all teams will be playing the second district game because of COVID cancellations. Eight-man teams have nine schools in the district, so at least one team plays out of district most weeks.

Each of the area districts have at least one unbeaten team and at least one ranked team.

Class 3A District 5 has Washington unbeaten and ranked fifth.

Mid-Prairie's 2A-7 has top-ranked and unbeaten Williamsburg.

Sigourney-Keota is unbeaten and ranked fifth in 1A-6, while A-6 has Lisbon unbeaten and ranked seventh with Iowa City Regina ranked third with a loss. Montezuma and English Valleys are both unbeaten in 8-4 but one will have a loss as the teams play tonight. Montezuma is ranked sixth and English Valleys would be at 11.
