District races are heating up for the area’s small school football teams.

This week sees two Union areaa clashes as Columbus goes into Highland and New London goes into WACO. Sigourney-Keota takes a No. 8 rankings into Pella Christian, and Winfield-Mount Union tries to knock off No. 4 Lisbon.
