Awards handed out at girls basketball camp
Results from the Trojan girls basketball camp, which ran July 9-13 at Fairfield High School, have been released.
A total of 13 girls, from fourth grade to high school age, received awards at the end of the week in five categories.

Results from the Trojan girls basketball camp, which ran July 9-13 at Fairfield High School, have been released.
A total of 13 girls, from fourth grade to high school age, received awards at the end of the week in five categories.
In the one-on-one contest, incoming Trojan junior Hanna Greiner finished first in the high school division. Sami Fritz was champion of the eighth-graders, Hannah Heiserman was first among sixth- and seventh-graders, and Shaylin Drish finished first in the fourth- and fifth-grade division.
Incoming senior Sidney Baumann was high school champion in the Trojan Shot. Nicole Buch took first place among sixth- through eighth-graders, and Shaylin Drish doubled up in the fourth- and fifth-grade division with a Trojan Shot victory.
Pekin?s Jacinta Cooley was the high school three-point champion, and Kylie Kurtz was the top eighth-grader from beyond the arc.
Trojan senior Brittany Kurtz was the Mikan champion in the high school division. Eighth-grader Sami Fritz also finished first in her grade level.
The Trojan Ms. Hustle award was handed out to incoming Trojan junior Marisa Repp in the high school division. Eighth-grader Brooke McLain won the award, as did Ashley Poole in the sixth- and seventh-grade division and Destiny Gridley in the fourth- and fifth-grade division.
