Ayers signs with Upper Iowa
WACO?s Tyler Ayers signed his letter of intent yesterday to attend Upper Iowa University and play football for the Peacocks next season.
Upper Iowa, the only NCAA Division II school in Iowa, is located in Fayette. Ayers intends to major in education with the career goal of becoming a teacher and a coach.
The football coaching staff played a big part in his decision to become a Peacock.

?I really liked the coaches, and I also have a good friend who goes there, Kendall Liechty (WACO class of 2012),? Ayers said. ?I look forward to the speed and competition of the next level. I?m very competitive, and I think that will be great for college football.?
