Bates leads Mid-Prairie past Cedar Valley Christian
Junior Andrew Bates had a hat trick as Mid-Prairie rolled to a 6-1 victory over Cedar Valley Christian at the Tuma Soccer Complex on Thursday.
Junior Dustin Yoder, junior Austin Errthum and sophomore Jordan Ulin each added a goal for the Golden Hawks, who improved to 5-2 on the season. Junior Wyatt Cady assisted two goals, while juniors Riley Sieren and Dayton Hall both had an assist.
