The River Valley Conference released its All-RVC girls’ basketball team for the 2025-26 season, and three Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks are on the list.
After a second-place finish in the RVC South and a run all the way to the Substate final game, Mid-Prairie put two girls on the first team, and one on the second.
Junior Morgyn Bender and senior Jovi Evans were both named to the RVC South’s first team, giving Mid-Prairie one-fourth of the eight-player list.
Bender led the Golden Hawks with 13.3 points per game this season, and also finished second on the team with 4.7 rebounds per game and 3.0 steals per game. Bender hit 47 3-pointers this winter, which led the team, and also paced the squad with 32 blocked shots.
Evans scored 11.2 points per game, and also led the squad with 5.5 rebounds per game, and finished second with 2.6 assists.
Making the RVC South’s second team was junior Brooklyn Schneider. Schneider was third on the team in scoring, with 9.7 points per game, and knocked down 42 shots from 3-point land.
