The Washington High School bowling teams took on Fairfield Saturday at Lebowski's Rock and Bowl.
The boys lost to the visitors 2,720 to 1,844.
The girls lost 1,832 to 1,583.
Dawsen Schluetter led the Demon girls with a 116 and a 184 for a series of 305.
The other four Demon series scores were within six pins of each other.
Katie Donnolly shot a 149-106 for a 255 series. Taylor Northup rolled a 120-132 for a 252. Mikayla Taylor scored a 112-139 for a 251. Rylie Swart delivered a 103-146 to total 249.
The Baker games were 123, 87, 85, 110 and 117 for a 522 total.
Fairfield scored a 621 on the baker games and a 1,211 on the series.
Drake Schluetter was the model of consistency with two games of 188 for a team-high 376 series. Ethan Zieglowsky had a 372 with games of 216 and 156. Riley Lambert rolled a 182 and a 167 for a 349 series. Liam Eldridge bowled a 99-102 for a 201. The boys totals equaled 1,298.
Fairfield scores totaled 2,183 and the baker total was 834.
The Demons' Baker games were 134, 82, 90, 106 and 134 for a 546 total.
The Demons bowl next at Friday's Southeast Conference meet in Keokuk.
