Pekin 51, Hillcrest Academy 40
Pekin erased an eight point Hillcrest Academy halftime lead on Tuesday night for a big SEISC North victory.
The Ravens led 27-19 after two quarters, but the Panthers went on to outscore them 32-13 in the second half.
WACO 77, Highland 49
WACO took care of business on Tuesday night against Highland.
The Warriors outscored the Huskies 40-21 in the first half and never looked back. WACO won the third and fourth periods as well, 18-14 and 19-14 respectively.
Mid-Prairie 94, Durant 57
Mid-Prairie got win number 14 on Tuesday with a victory over Durant. The Golden Hawks scored over 20 points in three quarter.
They outscored the Wildcats 24-15, 25-14, 17-15 and 28-13 in each quarter.
Keota 80, English Valleys 43
Keota put on a scoring clinic against English Valleys on Tuesday evening.
The Eagles scored 19 in each of the first three quarters on their way to a 57-35 lead heading into the final quarter.
They only got better scoring a game high 23 points in the fourth to end it.
West Burlington 75, Winfield-Mt. Union 54
Holy Trinity Catholic 80, New London 36
New London faced a tough Holy Trinity Catholic team on Tuesday.
The Tigers played well in the first half only trailing 11-9 after one and 29-22 at the half. However, the Crusaders outscored the Tigers 51-14 in the second half.
Wapello 59, Columbus 53
Columbus wasn’t able to get past Wapello in the two’s Tuesday night contest.
The Wildcats led 32-31 after two quarters, but the Indians 18-8 third quarter made the difference.
Columbus was able to bounce back to top Wapello in the final frame, 13-10, but it wasn’t enough to get the win.
Davis County 79, Cardinal 30
Cardinal fell to Davis County on Tuesday. The Comets never scored more than 10 in any of the four quarters.
Davis County outscored Cardinal 24-5, 30-10, 13-10 and 12-5 on the night.
