Brown and Black help WACO top Holy Trinity
Post players Aaliyah Brown and Hannah Black led WACO to a 46-27 victory over visiting Holy Trinity on Saturday night.
Brown, a 5-foot-11 sophomore, scored a game-high 13 points to lead the Warriors (5-6), and Black, a 5-foot-11 freshman, added 10. Erika Leichty, a 5-foot-10 sophomore, chipped in eight points.
Sophomore Kirsten Shaffer scored nine points to lead the Crusaders (5-8).
